# Intercom

连接 Intercom 托管的 [MCP 服务器](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/mcp-server)，让接待员识别来电者是否为客户、查看其未关闭的对话，并根据帮助中心文章回答问题。

> 对话可能包含私人信息。请在接待员的说明或[流程](/docs/zh/reception-ai/receptionist/rules-and-procedures)中告知它，只有确认来电者是该联系人后才能分享对话详情，例如通过匹配电话号码或邮箱进行确认。

## 设置

### 创建私有应用

在 Intercom 中，打开 **Developer Hub**，为工作区创建一个新应用。打开该应用，前往 **Configure** → **Authentication**，然后复制访问令牌。

确认应用权限包含读取用户、公司、对话和文章。如需让接待员留下内部备注，再添加对话写入权限。

### 添加 MCP 服务器

在 Reception.ai 中，前往 **集成**，选择 **添加集成**，然后选择 **MCP Server**。

选择 **启用**。Reception.ai 会将令牌作为 Bearer 令牌发送，并列出 Intercom 的工具。

### 分配工具

打开 **工具** 标签页，并将以下工具分配给 **Client**（接待员）：

* `search_contacts` 和 `get_contact`：查找来电者及其详细信息。
* `search_conversations` 和 `get_conversation`：查看来电者请求的状态。
* `search_articles` 和 `get_article`：回答帮助中心相关问题。

还可分配 `add_internal_note`，让接待员将通话摘要添加到来电者的对话中。备注仅团队成员可见。不要分配 `create_article` 和 `update_article`。

### 测试

使用保存在测试联系人的号码来电，并询问一个未关闭的对话，以此[测试接待员](/docs/zh/reception-ai/receptionist/testing)。

## 限制

Intercom 的 MCP 服务器不支持托管在澳大利亚的工作区。

## 故障排除

| 问题        | 检查项                                          |
| --------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| 未列出工具     | 使用 **Streamable HTTP** 服务器类型，以及对应工作区区域的 URL。 |
| 工具返回权限错误  | 在 **Developer Hub** 中为应用添加缺少的权限。             |
| 接待员找不到来电者 | Intercom 会根据联系人中保存的电话号码进行匹配。请统一号码格式。         |
| 已更改令牌     | 编辑集成并使用 **轮换密钥令牌（可选）**。保存的令牌不会再次显示。          |
