# Filevine

接待员可以在 Filevine 中查找来电者或将其添加为新联系人，并为新的咨询创建咨询项目。Filevine 的 API 需要一个短时间后会过期的令牌，而 Reception 的连接器无法续订该令牌，因此 Reception 通过 [Zapier](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/zapier) 连接。

> **Note**
>
> Zapier 的 Filevine 应用支持 Filevine 联系人和项目，但没有 Lead Docket 的操作，
> 因此无法将潜在客户添加到 Lead Docket 咨询流程。

## 设置

### 连接 Zapier

如果尚未连接，请在 Reception.ai 中连接 [Zapier](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/zapier)。

### 添加 Filevine 操作

在 [mcp.zapier.com](https://mcp.zapier.com) 上的 Zapier MCP 服务器中，添加[以下操作](#actions)，并在 Zapier 提示时连接 Filevine 账户。对于每个字段，请按下方说明设置固定值或由 AI 填写。

### 分配工具

在 Reception.ai 中，打开 Zapier 集成的 **Tools** 标签页，选择 **Refresh tools**，然后将每项操作分配给 **Client**（接待员）。

### 测试

以寻找律师的新来电者身份[测试接待员](/docs/zh/reception-ai/receptionist/testing)。Filevine 中将显示该联系人和一个咨询项目。

## 操作

### 查找或添加来电者

### 创建咨询项目

>
> 如果律所在创建项目之前需要进行利益冲突检查，请不要添加 **Create Project**，让
> 团队根据通话摘要创建项目。

> **Warning**
>
> 添加一条[规则](/docs/zh/reception-ai/receptionist/rules-and-procedures)，要求接待员
> 记录来电者详情，且绝不提供法律建议。

## 限制

* Zapier 的 Filevine 应用没有备注或任务操作，因此接待员无法在 Filevine 中记录通话或分配后续跟进。团队可从 Reception 的[通话后摘要](/docs/zh/reception-ai/features/notifications)获取详情。
* Zapier 的 Filevine 应用无法查看可用时间，因此接待员无法提供空闲时段。如需实时预约，请使用 Reception 自带的预约功能，并连接 [Google Calendar](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/google-calendar)、[Calendly](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/calendly) 或 [Cal.com](/docs/zh/reception-ai/integrations/cal-com)。
* 接待员运行的每项操作都会消耗 Zapier 套餐中的任务数。Zapier 目前每次成功通话计为 2 个任务；失败通话不计入。套餐额度用完后，操作会暂停，直至额度重置。

## 故障排除

| 问题                            | 检查项                                                      |

| Reception.ai 中未显示 Filevine 操作 | 在 Zapier 中添加操作后，在 Zapier 集成中选择 **Refresh tools**。        |
| 操作显示 **Changed** 且未使用         | 已在 Zapier 中编辑该操作。请在 **Tools** 标签页中选择 **Update**。         |
| 重复添加回访来电者                     | Filevine 会按存储的值进行匹配。请使用统一的电话号码格式，或将 **Field** 设为电子邮件。    |
| 项目未关联到来电者                     | 接待员需要来自 **Find or Create Contact** 的联系人。请先运行该操作。         |
| 潜在客户未进入 Lead Docket           | Zapier 的 Filevine 应用会写入 Filevine 项目。请检查 Filevine 中的项目列表。 |
