# 管理 ElevenLabs 订阅（移动应用与网站）

如果通过移动应用（Apple App Store 或 Google Play）订阅 ElevenLabs，请注意，订阅完全由应用商店管理，而非由 ElevenLabs 直接管理。

如果通过移动应用订阅，则无法使用按量付费。如需使用此功能，需要切换为网站订阅。具体操作请参阅下文。



**在应用内购买的订阅（Apple 或 Google Play）**

所有账单、续订、升级和取消操作均须通过设备的应用商店账户管理。ElevenLabs 无法取消或修改 App Store 或 Google Play 订阅。

如需切换为网站（Stripe）订阅，必须：

* 通过 App Store 或 Google Play 取消移动应用订阅。
* 等待订阅到期（当前计费周期结束前，订阅将保持有效）。
* 到期后，访问 [elevenlabs.io](https://elevenlabs.io)，然后在网站上重新订阅。

如果移动订阅仍处于有效状态时尝试在网站上升级，将看到提示，要求先取消移动订阅。



**在网站购买的订阅**

* 网站订阅通过 Stripe 计费，可在 ElevenLabs 账户的 **账户 > 设置 > 管理订阅** 中直接管理。
* 可直接在 ElevenLabs 平台升级、降级或取消网站订阅。

**账户封禁或删除**

即使 ElevenLabs 账户被封禁或删除，也不会取消 App Store 或 Google Play 订阅。仍需通过应用商店账户设置手动取消订阅。
