# Flows 有 API 吗？

有，两种方式：

* **运行你在应用中构建的 Flow。** 将 Flow 发布为模板后，即可通过 API 使用自定义输入值运行它，例如将 CMS 连接到 Flow 以自动生成内容。请参阅[模板快速入门](/docs/zh/eleven-api/guides/cookbooks/templates)。
* **在代码中构建链。** [Image & Video API](/docs/zh/eleven-api/guides/cookbooks/image-and-video) 每次调用运行一次生成任务，相当于 Flow 中的一个节点，并且每次生成都可以将前一次生成作为引用。代码决定调用哪些模型及其顺序，因此可以为每个请求组装不同的链。请参阅[将一个生成任务链入下一个](/docs/zh/eleven-api/guides/how-to/image-and-video/references#chain-one-generation-into-the-next)。
