# 提供年度或季度套餐吗？

是的，我们为所有订阅等级提供年度套餐。目前不提供季度套餐。

在我们的[定价页面](https://elevenlabs.io/pricing)和[订阅页面](https://elevenlabs.io/app/subscription)，你可以切换月度和年度套餐，查看不同的价格和可选方案。

年度套餐按年计费，除非取消，否则会自动续订。

对于 **自助套餐**，额度每月重置。如果月底仍有未使用额度，最多可将相当于 2 个月的未使用额度结转至下个月。

对于 **企业版套餐**，你可以选择每月重置额度，或一次性获得额度并按年重置。如果月末或年末仍有未使用额度，最多可将相当于 2 个月的未使用额度结转至下一周期。

如果在月度订阅仍有效时升级为年度套餐，将开始新的年度计费周期。之前字符配额中未使用的额度会加入新年度套餐第 1 个月的配额。
