# 如何更改邮箱？

如果使用邮箱和密码注册，可在个人资料中更改邮箱：

点击网站右上角的个人资料图标以打开账户菜单。

选择 **Settings.**

点击 **Change Email.**

如果近期未验证当前邮箱，则需要先完成验证，才能更改账户邮箱。

输入新邮箱地址。

使用发送至新邮箱的验证链接确认更改。

使用新邮箱和原密码登录网站。

原邮箱也会收到一封关于此次更改的通知邮件，其中包含可用于撤销更改的链接。

如果更改邮箱时遇到问题，验证更改时使用无痕或隐私浏览模式可能会有所帮助。

**重要提示：**

如果其他账户已使用该新邮箱，则无法更改邮箱。新邮箱不得被任何 ElevenLabs 账户使用过。

如果通过 Google 或 Apple 登录注册，则无法更改邮箱，因为账户与 Google 或 Apple 账户已固有绑定。
