# 如何降级订阅？

降级订阅将在当前计费周期结束后生效。届时，账户将降级至所选套餐，且所有未使用额度将被清除。

以下是将订阅降级至其他付费套餐的方法：

在 [https://elevenlabs.io](https://elevenlabs.io) 登录账户。

点击网站右上角的个人资料图标，打开账户菜单，然后
选择[*订阅*](https://elevenlabs.io/app/subscription)。

点击 **账单**。

在 **修改套餐** 部分，从 **降级** 下拉选择器中选择要降级到的套餐。

确认降级后，系统会将其安排在当前计费周期结束时生效。

你会看到已安排降级的确认信息。在计费周期结束前的任何时候，均可点击 **取消降级**，继续使用当前订阅。

浏览器有时会阻止弹窗显示或按钮运行。如果遇到这种情况，请尝试使用其他浏览器。通常 Chrome、Edge 和 Firefox 的兼容性最佳。
