# Vobiz

## 概述

本指南介绍如何将 Vobiz SIP 中继直接连接到 ElevenAgents。通过此集成，你可以继续使用现有的 Vobiz 电话号码和基础设施，同时借助 ElevenLabs 的语音 AI 功能处理呼入和呼出电话。

## Vobiz SIP 中继的工作方式

SIP 中继会在 Vobiz 电话基础设施与 ElevenLabs 平台之间建立直接连接：

1. **呼入电话**：呼叫 Vobiz 电话号码的来电会通过 Vobiz SIP 中继，使用 ElevenLabs 发起 URI（`sip.rtc.elevenlabs.io:5060`）路由至 ElevenLabs 平台。你需要在 Vobiz 账户中进行配置。
2. **呼出电话**：由 ElevenAgents 发起的呼叫会通过 Vobiz SIP 域（`<your_unique_domain>.sip.vobiz.ai`）路由至 Vobiz SIP 中继，使智能体能够拨打外线电话。
3. **身份验证**：信令连接的安全性通过 SIP 摘要身份验证（用户名和密码）或基于信令源 IP 的访问控制列表（ACL）身份验证来保障。
4. **信令和媒体**：初始呼叫建立（信令）通过端口 5060 上的 TCP 进行。呼叫建立后，音频数据（RTP 流）会通过 UDP 传输。

## 前提条件

设置 Vobiz SIP 中继集成前，请确保具备以下条件：

1. 已启用 SIP 中继的有效 [Vobiz 账户](https://console.vobiz.ai/auth/signup)。
2. 至少有 1 个可连接到 ElevenLabs 的 Vobiz [电话号码](https://www.vobiz.ai/docs/account-phone-number/list-inventory-numbers)。
3. 拥有 ElevenLabs 账户，并已在 ElevenAgents 中配置 [智能体](/docs/zh/eleven-agents/quickstart)。
4. 拥有 [Vobiz Console](https://console.vobiz.ai) 及 SIP 中继配置的管理员访问权限。
5. 已正确配置防火墙，允许 ElevenLabs 与 Vobiz 之间的 SIP 和 RTP 流量。

## 配置 Vobiz SIP 中继

本节介绍如何在 Vobiz 中配置呼入和呼出 SIP 中继，然后将其连接到 ElevenLabs。

### 设置呼入中继（从 Vobiz 呼叫 ElevenLabs）

#### 访问 Vobiz Console

登录 [Vobiz Console](https://console.vobiz.ai)。

#### 前往呼入中继

在侧边栏中，依次前往 **SIP Trunk** > **Inbound Trunks** > **Trunks**。

#### 配置呼入 SIP URI

在 Vobiz 呼入 SIP 中继配置（或 Application Answer URL）中，将来电指向 ElevenLabs SIP URI：

| 设置      | 值                            |
| ------- | ---------------------------- |
| SIP URI | `sip.rtc.elevenlabs.io:5060` |
| 传输方式    | `TCP`                        |

将 `sip.rtc.elevenlabs.io:5060` 设为中继的 **Primary URI**，然后保存中继配置。

> **Note**
>
> `sip.rtc.elevenlabs.io:5060` 是默认的全球（非静态）端点。如果工作区使用隔离的[数据驻留](/docs/zh/overview/administration/data-residency)部署（印度、新加坡或欧洲），或已启用[静态 IP SIP 服务器](/docs/zh/eleven-agents/phone-numbers/sip-trunking)，请改用相应的 SIP URI：
>
> * **数据驻留（非静态）**：`sip.rtc.in.residency.elevenlabs.io:5060`（印度）、`sip.rtc.sg.residency.elevenlabs.io:5060`（新加坡）或 `sip.rtc.eu.residency.elevenlabs.io:5060`（欧洲）
> * **全球（静态）**：`sip-static.rtc.elevenlabs.io:5060`
> * **数据驻留（静态）**：`sip-static.rtc.in.residency.elevenlabs.io:5060`（印度）、`sip-static.rtc.sg.residency.elevenlabs.io:5060`（新加坡）或 `sip-static.rtc.eu.residency.elevenlabs.io:5060`（欧洲）

#### 将电话号码分配给中继

将要路由到呼入中继的 Vobiz 电话号码关联到该中继，并保存配置。

### 设置呼出中继（从 ElevenLabs 呼叫 Vobiz）

#### 访问 Vobiz Console

登录 [Vobiz Console](https://console.vobiz.ai)。

#### 前往呼出中继

在侧边栏中，依次前往 **SIP Trunk** > **Outbound Trunks** > **Trunks**。

#### 配置呼出 SIP 中继

1. 选择呼出中继（或创建一个新的呼出中继并填写描述性名称）。
2. 滚动到 **Authentication & Linking** 部分。
3. 配置用于呼出摘要身份验证的 SIP 中继用户名和密码，并关联 Vobiz 电话号码。

#### 记录中继凭据

在中继的 **Authentication & Linking** 部分记录以下信息。将号码导入 ElevenLabs 时需要用到：

* **SIP Trunk Address**：`<your_unique_domain>.sip.vobiz.ai`
* **SIP Trunk Username**：`<your_username>`
* **SIP Trunk Password**：`<your_password>`

## 在 ElevenLabs 中完成设置

请按照 [SIP 中继指南](/docs/zh/eleven-agents/phone-numbers/sip-trunking#setting-up-sip-trunking)，使用以下 Vobiz 专用的呼入和呼出设置，在 [Phone Numbers 控制台](https://elevenlabs.io/app/agents/phone-numbers)导入 Vobiz 电话号码。

### 呼入配置（从 Vobiz 呼叫 ElevenLabs）

在 **Import SIP Trunk** 对话框的基本设置和 **Inbound Configuration** 部分中：

| 字段                   | 值                                                                                      |
| -------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Label**            | 电话号码的描述性名称（例如 `Vobiz Main Line`）                                                       |
| **Phone Number**     | 带有 `+` 的 E.164 格式 Vobiz 号码（例如 `+911234567890`），或本地格式（`01234567890`）；应与 Vobiz 中继发送的格式一致 |
| **Media Encryption** | `Allowed`（如果 Vobiz 中继使用未加密 RTP，则选择 `Disabled`）                                         |
| **Authentication**   | 除非已在 Vobiz 呼入中继上配置摘要身份验证，否则保持禁用（关闭）。Vobiz 中继请使用呼出身份验证。                                 |

除非部署需要呼入过滤或 TLS 域验证，否则请保持可选的 **Allowed Numbers**、**Allowed Source IP Addresses** 和 **Remote Domains** 设置为禁用。

### 呼出配置（从 ElevenLabs 呼叫 Vobiz）

在 **Import SIP Trunk** 对话框的 **Outbound Configuration** 部分，输入 Vobiz 呼出中继凭据：

| 字段                     | 值                                                              |
| ---------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Address**            | `<your_unique_domain>.sip.vobiz.ai`（仅主机名，不含 `sip:` 前缀）         |
| **Transport Type**     | `TCP`                                                          |
| **Media Encryption**   | `Allowed`（或选择 `Disabled` 以匹配 Vobiz 中继配置）                       |
| **Enabled Codecs**     | `G.722`、`PCMU`、`PCMA`                                          |
| **Authentication**     | 已启用                                                            |
| **SIP Trunk Username** | `<your_username>`（来自 Vobiz 呼出中继的 **Authentication & Linking**） |
| **SIP Trunk Password** | `<your_password>`（来自 Vobiz 呼出中继的 **Authentication & Linking**） |

## 故障排除

#### SIP 408 请求超时

Vobiz 中继无法连接到 ElevenLabs SIP 服务器：

* 确认 SIP 中继地址的格式为 `<your_unique_domain>.sip.vobiz.ai`，且不含 `sip:` 前缀。
* 检查传输类型是否设为 `TCP`。
* 在 [Vobiz Console](https://console.vobiz.ai) 中确认 Vobiz 中继状态为 `active`。

#### SIP 身份验证失败

SIP 中继用户名或密码不匹配：

* 在 [Vobiz Console](https://console.vobiz.ai) 的 **Trunks** > **Authentication & Linking** 下确认用户名和密码。
* 确保凭据的大小写完全一致。
* 在 ElevenAgents 电话号码配置中重新输入凭据。

#### 呼叫已接通但无声音

智能体配置或语音设置不完整：

* 确认智能体已配置 **First message**。
* 确认智能体已选择有效音色，并在 ElevenAgents 控制台中测试该音色。
* 在 **Call History** 中查看对话日志是否有错误。

#### 呼叫无法接通

电话号码格式或中继状态无效：

* 使用以 `+` 开头的 E.164 格式（例如 `+919988776655`），或不带 `+` 的本地格式（例如 `09988776655`）。
* 确认 Vobiz 中继处于活动状态，且账户余额充足。
