# Microsoft Teams

## 概览

Microsoft Teams 没有内置的 ElevenAgents 连接器。在 Teams 中让用户联系 ElevenLabs 智能体的方式，取决于用户应如何联系它，以及你可以运行哪些基础设施：

* 嵌入 Teams 选项卡的网页小组件，
* 智能体接听的电话号码（Azure Communication Services），
* 用户可在 Teams 中按名称呼叫的机器人（Microsoft Graph 媒体机器人）。

像联系同事一样在 Teams 中按名称呼叫或聊天 — 使用 Microsoft Graph 媒体机器人处理语音，使用 Bot Framework 消息功能处理文本。

> 每种方案的访问要求不同 — 请参阅各指南中的**权限和角色**部分。简而言之：小组件需要 Teams 自定义应用上传权限；ACS 需要付费订阅和参与者权限；通话机器人需要 Azure Bot、Graph `Calls.AccessMedia.All` 以及**管理员同意**（全局管理员 / 特权角色管理员）。
