# API - 오류 코드 400 또는 401

이 오류 코드에는 여러 가지 원인이 있을 수 있습니다. 응답 메시지에 오류 원인이 표시됩니다.

### max_character_limit_exceeded

요청당 최대 문자 수는 모델에 따라 다릅니다.

* Flash v2.5 - 최대 40,000자(약 40분 분량의 오디오)
* Turbo v2.5 - 최대 40,000자(약 40분 분량의 오디오)
* Flash v2 - 최대 30,000자(약 30분 분량의 오디오)
* Turbo v2 - 최대 30,000자(약 30분 분량의 오디오)
* Multilingual v1 및 v2 - 최대 10,000자(약 10분 분량의 오디오)
* English v1 및 v2 - 최대 10,000자(약 10분 분량의 오디오)

### invalid_api_key

API 키가 올바르게 설정되지 않았다는 의미입니다. API 키를 설정할 때 오타 없이 정확히 "xi-api-key"를 사용하고 있는지 확인하세요.

### voice_not_found

잘못된 voice_id를 입력했다는 의미입니다. 사용하려는 음성에 올바른 voice_id를 사용하고 있는지 확인하세요. My Voices에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

### quota_exceeded

요청을 완료하기에 할당량이 부족합니다. [종량제 크레딧](/docs/ko/overview/administration/pay-as-you-go)을 구매하거나, 기존 크리에이터, 프로, 스케일 및 비즈니스 요금제를 사용하는 경우 [Subscription](https://elevenlabs.io/app/subscription) 페이지에서 [사용량 기반 청구](/docs/ko/help-center/account/general/what-is-usage-based-billing)를 활성화할 수 있습니다.
