# 確認メールが届かないのはなぜですか？

残念ながら、一部のメールプロバイダーでは特定のドメインからのメールがブロックされる場合があります。迷惑メールフォルダをご確認ください。

見つからない場合は、ElevenLabsアカウントに登録しているメールアドレスから[support@elevenlabs.io](mailto:support@elevenlabs.io)までご連絡ください。手動でアカウントを認証します。GoogleまたはApple Sign-inで登録した場合は、自動的に認証されるため、アカウント認証は必要ありません。

これらの方法で解決しない場合は、別のブラウザまたはコンピューターでアカウントを作成してみてください。
