# 二要素認証（2FA）とは何ですか？

二要素認証（2-factor authenticationまたは2FAとも呼ばれます）は、アカウントやシステムにアクセスする前に、ユーザーが2種類の本人確認情報を提供する必要があるセキュリティ方式です。通常は、知っている情報（パスワードなど）と、所有しているもの（スマートフォンやハードウェアトークンなど）を組み合わせます。不正アクセスを防ぐためのセキュリティ層が追加されます。
