# How does my ElevenReader free trial work?

ElevenReader may offer a 3-day or longer promotional free trial that grants trial access to ElevenReader Ultra. By starting a free trial, you will not be charged initially. You will only be charged once the trial is completed, unless you cancel your free trial before it ends.

You can cancel your free trial anytime through the platform where you started the trial:

**Apple users**: Go to Settings > \[your name] > Subscriptions.

**Google Play users**: Open the Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments &
subscriptions > Subscriptions.

**Website users**: Sign in to your account on ElevenReader.io > Visit your [Manage billing](https://elevenreader.io/reader/account/billing) by clicking on your Avatar > Click Account
details > Manage billing.

Cancelling will prevent future charges, but you'll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
