## Request

### Body (application/json)

This endpoint expects a CreateAgentConversationTicketRequestModel.

- `conversation_id` (string, required) — वह बातचीत जिससे यह टिकट संबंधित है।
- `title` (string, optional, nullable) — ट्रायेज सूची में दिखाया जाने वाला एक-पंक्ति का शीर्षक। डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से टिप्पणियों से बनाया जाता है; उपलब्ध न होने पर बातचीत के सारांश शीर्षक का उपयोग होता है। बातचीत के खुले टिकट में टिप्पणी जोड़े जाने पर इसे अनदेखा किया जाता है।
- `qa_comment` (string, optional, nullable) — वह समस्या जिससे यह टिकट संबंधित है, जो किसी एक टर्न के बजाय पूरी बातचीत को कवर करती है।
- `turn_comments` (list of TurnCommentRequestModel, optional) — क्या गलत हुआ, इस पर वैकल्पिक turn-level टिप्पणियां।
- `priority` (enum, optional, nullable) — टिकट पर कितनी तुरंत ध्यान देने की ज़रूरत है। अगर बातचीत में पहले से खुला टिकट है और उसकी प्राथमिकता कम है, तो उसे इस प्राथमिकता तक बढ़ा दिया जाता है।
  - Allowed values: `low`, `medium`, `high`, `urgent`
