# Why am I not receiving a verification email?

Unfortunately, some email providers might block the email from certain domains, so please check your spam folder.

If you cannot find it, please contact us by emailing [support@elevenlabs.io](mailto:support@elevenlabs.io) from your ElevenLabs account email address, so that we can manually verify your account. If you signed up via Google or Apple Sign-in, there is no need to verify the account, as that is done automatically.

If these options don’t work, try creating an account on a different browser or computer.
