# How can I request a refund?

You are eligible for a refund if a request is filed within 14 days of payment and no credit quota was used in the period for which you are seeking the refund.

If you want to apply for a refund for your purchase, please contact Support by emailing [support@elevenlabs.io](mailto:support@elevenlabs.io) and someone from the team will get back to you shortly.

Please email directly from your ElevenLabs account email address, and state the reasons for your refund.
