About ElevenLabs
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $11B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
How we work
High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
What we offer
Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
Chief of Staff | ElevenLabs
ElevenLabs is one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world, valued at $11B and expanding aggressively in EMEA. We're looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside our French GM, as we build one of the most exciting regional GTM teams in AI.
About the role
France has no dedicated revenue or growth operations function. You are it and you are also the GM's closest operating partner. Roughly:
~50% — Build the engine
Revenue operating cadence. Weekly pipeline inspection, monthly business review, QBR. You own that the inspection happens on time, that the data is clean before it reaches the call, that every number is reconstructable from source, and that actions are tracked to closure. Plus territory and capacity models, Salesforce hygiene, and the BigQuery behind everything we report to EMEA.
Scope line: central Growth owns channels, brand, tooling standards and the global demand engine. France owns local signal definitions, target lists, event audiences, and local campaign execution. You work on their rails and make them better — you don't build a parallel stack.
~30% — Leverage for the GMCommunications surface. Board and EMEA updates, QBR content, all-hands material, exec briefings, key customer and partner correspondence.
Eyes and ears. Surfacing signal early, closing loops, prepping the GM for the moments that matter, and making decisions stick after the meeting ends — including telling the GM when he's wrong.
~20% — Orphan projects
Things that don't belong to any function yet: onboarding, enablement, partner attribution rules, an offsite, a public-sector referencing dossier. You take them, ship them, and hand them off.
Running through all of it: automation before headcount. Every recurring manual process you inherit — list building, reporting packs, account research, QBR prep, handoffs — you replace with an agent, a skill, or a pipeline. The explicit goal is to run a 20-person GTM org on the ops overhead of a five-person one. This is not a side interest of the role. It is how we intend to win the market.
Who you areYou are genuinely AI-native, and you can prove it. You've built agents, skills, or automations that other people now depend on. Be ready to answer precisely: what did you stop doing manually in the last 90 days, and what replaced it? We care about what you've shipped, not what you think about AI.
You are a builder in GTM tooling. Clay or equivalent enrichment waterfalls, sequencing tools, Salesforce, SQL against a warehouse, APIs and webhooks glued together without waiting for engineering.
You produce decision-ready analysis yourself. Modelling of quota, coverage, pipeline and consumption ramp. If your answer to "where did this number come from" is a screenshot, this isn't your role.
Enough enterprise GTM fluency to represent the GM credibly from day one. Direct exposure to 6-12 month, procurement-heavy cycles: MEDDPICC or equivalent, security review, legal redlines, works council and DPA timelines.
Native-level French and fully fluent professional English. Non-negotiable — you'll be in a French buying committee and writing for a global exec audience on the same day.
Low ego, high ownership. You'll build a capacity model in the morning and clean CRM records in the afternoon. No task is beneath you.
