My favourite part of working here is the culture of innovation and ownership, everyone empowered to take initiative while staying grounded in respect for each other, and it shows in everything we build.

My favourite memory is watching Mati demo ElevenAgents in Hindi to a room of executives at the India AI Impact Summit, seeing the mission of breaking language barriers suddenly feel completely real.

I love hearing people say 'I've wished this existed for so long' when I tell them what I do, knowing what we're building breaks down language barriers and gives people their voices back.

My favourite memory is quarterly planning in Poland with the Studio team, and midnight sushi at a tiny restaurant afterward.

What raises the bar for me is moving fast enough to set the pace of this market, not just keep up with it, using AI ourselves to stay efficient, not just talking about it as the product we sell.
